ITC Names Vice President of Human Resources

NOVI —  ITC Holdings Corp. named Kevin Burke as vice president, human resources and chief human resources officer. Burke will lead all human resources functions for the company.

“Kevin brings extensive knowledge, experience and leadership to the human resource organization and ITC,” said Linda Blair, executive vice president and chief business officer. “His accomplishments align with ITC’s core values of employee and operational excellence and support our vision of being the nation’s premier electric transmission provider. We are thrilled to have someone of his caliber join the ITC team.”

Burke joins ITC from Dow Corning Corp., where he served as vice president of human resources for Global Corporate Functions. In that role, he led human resources for all global functions including manufacturing, science and technology, marketing and sales, and corporation functions. Burke also served as vice president of human resources for Hemlock Semiconductor Group, a joint venture of Dow Corning.  Prior to his roles at Dow Corning Corporation, Burke served as senior director of human resources and talent management for Pulte Homes Inc., where he provided HR leadership for departments across multiple locations while leading corporate talent management initiatives. Burke also previously held human resources positions with General Mills Inc. and Motorola Inc. and served as a labor relations representative with General Motors Co.

Burke holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University.
