Hall Render Adds Two New Attorneys to Michigan Office

TROY — Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman accounced two associate attorneys, Liza M. Roe, J.D. and Amanda K. Maly, J.D., have joined the firm’s Michigan office.

Roe practices in Hall Render’s health law practice group where she focuses on supply chain structures and operations, mergers and acquisitions and general business transactions and services.

She completed her undergraduate education with distinction from the University of Michigan and her legal education from the University of Michigan Law School where she served as the Executive Note Editor for the Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review.

Roe has been admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association and the American Health Lawyers Association.

 

 

Maly practices in Hall Render’s health law practice group where she focuses on general health care matters and transactions, including supply chain contracting and hospital and physician arrangements and contracting.

She completed her undergraduate education in economics and health policy studies from the University of Michigan-Dearborn where she graduated with high distinction and worked for a local health care system with a focus in risk management, medical malpractice and professional liability issues. She completed her legal education at Case Western University School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude, was a journal editor for Health Matrix and worked in the Milton A. Kramer Community Development Clinic providing legal services to the area’s nonprofit businesses.

Maly has been admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the American Health Lawyers Association.
