NASHOTAH, Wis. — Dickten Masch Plastics, a global manufacturing company with facilities in the U.S. and Mexico, has named Kim Korth as the company’s new president and CEO. She replaces former president and CEO, Steve Dyer. Korth is a widely known expert in the automotive industry and has over 30 years of experience working with mid-sized manufacturing firms in a wide range of industrial segments.

“DMP has a long history of great customer relationships and a well-deserved reputation as a world class-manufacturing partner,” said Korth. “With the company’s recent expansion into Mexico, DMP is well positioned to continue their journey to becoming one of the premier technical plastic companies in North America.”

Prior to joining DMP, Korth, a graduate of Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, served as president and CEO of Supreme Corp., a publicly traded producer of specialty vehicles. She has also owned and led IRN Inc. for almost 30 years. IRN is a premier boutique consulting firm focused on helping companies develop positive growth strategies and position themselves to successfully compete in an increasingly volatile global market.

In addition to her responsibilities as president and CEO of DMP, Korth has also been appointed president and CEO of TECHNIPLASTM, a newly formed privately held group of plastics-focused manufacturing businesses, comprised of Dickten Masch Plastics, Nyloncraft Inc., and other technical organizations. Korth will lead the strategic direction of the TECHNIPLAS group of companies to help drive sustainable growth, build strong competitive positions and develop long term success strategies.

According to George Votis, chairman of TECHNIPLASTM, “Kim brings an enormous amount of experience, expertise, energy and passion to both Dickten Masch and TECHNIPLAS. I’m confident in her ability to encourage collaboration and the sharing of best practices between the companies while driving innovation in meaningful ways that benefit all of our customers.”

Korth holds a B.A. degree from Western and an M.I.M. from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).
