JARC 36th Annual Fall Fundraiser

JARC, a Farmington Hills nonprofit that serves people with developmental disabilities, hosted its 36th annual fall fundraiser on Nov. 14 at Orchestra Hall in Detroit. The event featured the music of Michael Jackson performed by the Detroit Symphony Orchestra plus a full band and singers.

2016 Theresa Maxis Award

Monroe-based IHM Sisters held its annual Theresa Maxis Award dinner on Oct. 20 at the Detroit Athletic Club. This year's award recipients were Ideal Group's chairman and CEO Frank Vengas Jr. and assistant to the chairman Sylvia Gucken.
