The Downtown Detroit Partnership hosted its annual Detroit Aglow fundraiser on Nov. 23 at the MGM Grand Detroit. In addition to a cocktail reception and a children's musical performance, guests were treated to a roasted turkey dinner.
More than 75 people attended a birthday celebration for the Hon. Ed Sosnick, a former Oakland County Circuit Court judge and president of the RESTORE Foundation, at Eddie Merlot's in Bloomfield Hills on Jan. 28. The RESTORE Foundation hosted the event.

Aronson shared his story of selling Garden Fresh Gourmet to Campbell Soup Co. and launching two new businesses.
On Jan. 27, Beyond Basics, a literacy based nonprofit that works in Detroit Public Schools which gets students reading at grade level within six weeks, held an appreciation dinner at a private residence in Oakland County. More than 60 people attended the strolling dinner.
