Dawda Mann Hires Two New Attorneys

Bloomfield Hills’ Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy, and Sadler PLC (Dawda Mann) have announced that Susan Kowal and Lauren Saad have joined its growing team of attorneys.

Kowal will serve as a senior attorney at Dawda Mann, specializing in commercial real estate, business transactions, and corporate and banking law. Saad joins Dawda Mann as an associate attorney and will concentrate on litigation matters including commercial litigation, insurance defense, and coverage and real estate.

Before joining Dawda Mann, Kowal served as a shareholder at Kowal Law Group PLC. She earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and her Bachelor of General Studies in accounting from the University of Michigan. She is also a member of both the State Bar of Michigan and the State Bar of New Jersey and is certified as a designated counsel for the United States Small Business Administration 504 Loan Program.

Saad was an associate attorney with Resnick Law P.C. before joining Dawda Mann. She earned her Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School, where she held an academic dean’s scholarship and earned the Walter Nussbaum Endowed Award for excellence in professional responsibility. She also competed in the American Bar Association’s National Appellate Advocacy Competition in Washington, D.C. during her time in law school and served as a senior note and comment editor for The Wayne Law Review.
