Ross Mortgage Corporation Names Tim Pascarella as President and Tim Ross as Chief Executive Officer

Troy-based mortgage lender Ross Mortgage Corp. recently announced Tim Ross’ transition into the role of CEO and Tim Pascarella’s promotion to president.

As president, Pascarella will supervise Ross Mortgage’s statewide network of branch offices and branch managers, oversee sales, originate loans, monitor production, and drive company goals.

“Tim has been a key contributor to company development throughout his career and has the proven ability to grow our mortgage banking programs with a clear vision that will benefit Ross Mortgage,” says Ross. “It has been a pleasure to watch Tim grow over the years, and I am confident he will add tremendous value to our company.”

Pascarella began his career with Ross Mortgage 15 years ago as a loan officer, and has held the positions of senior loan officer, vice president, and co-branch manager of the company’s Royal Oak, Allen Park, Clarkston, and Livonia offices. Pascarella is a Western Michigan University graduate.

As CEO of Ross Mortgage, Ross will lead the company’s senior executive team and work toward the continued expansion of the business across Michigan and the midwest.

Ross has over 30 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry, having expanded Ross Mortgage from a single-office start-up to a full-service company.
