Rich Kolpasky, managing director of Detroit-based search firm Stanton Chase, has recently announced the appointment of Jeff Supina as director.

“It is a distinct pleasure to welcome Jeff to our team here in Detroit,” says Kolpasky. “His extensive knowledge of the Detroit marketplace, his passion and dedication to serving clients, and the breadth of his experience in industrial, technology, and consumer products will be a tremendous benefit to our clients and our worldwide offices.”

Supina offers expertise in a wide range of industries including automotive, commercial vehicle, industrial equipment, machine tools, electronic parts, connectors, real estate, construction, retail, and others.

He previously worked at the Chicago office of another global search firm as well as managing the search practice of a boutique firm in Detroit specializing in technology and finance. Additionally, he led the recruiting function for the Detroit office of a national accounting and consulting firm after a few years in the audit and business advisory practice.

“With so many positive things happening in the state, I am excited to join a firm that is clearly committed to serving this marketplace,” says Supina. “I have tremendous respect for Rich and believe our experiences, knowledge of the marketplace, and shared values will prove to be a unique and attractive combination for customers.  As one of the few global executive search firms with a physical presence in Detroit, Stanton Chase is poised to continue its growth here.”

Supina received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.
