TROY — Inteva Products LLC, a global automotive supplier of engineered components and systems, has named William Dircks as vice president and chief financial officer.
Dircks has spent most of his career in senior leadership positions within the automotive manufacturing industry and brings international experience to Interva. His past roles include executive vice president and CFO for Avon Automotive and vice president and corporate controller for Lear Corp. Most recently, he served as senior adviser for the private equity firm Charterhouse Equity Partners LLC. Immediately prior to that, he was executive vice president and CFO at PREZIO Health. Earlier in his career he held financial positions with Honeywell International (previously AlliedSignal Inc.) in Southfield, and PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York, and Tokyo.
Dircks has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Manhattan College, Bronx, New York. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
