Data Consulting Group Honored by Detroit City Council

DETROIT—DCG Consulting, a Detroit-based consulting firm, has been honored for 25 years in business and contributing to the economic welfare and employment by the Detroit City Council.

Goerge Cushingberry, Detroit City Council president pro-term, presented the firm’s executive management team on Tuesday with a Testimonial Resolution signed by all members of the council in salute of the firm’s national growth and job creation in Detroit over the past 25 years. 

“The firm is exploring the establishment of other satellite offices around the country to better serve clients.” says Tim Couvreur, chief operating office of DCG. “DCG also has a solid record of bringing federal work and jobs back to Detroit including a long-term prime federal contract with the Department of Health and Human Services.”

The company also announced it will be changing its name from Data Consulting Group to DCG. The company works in various industries including health care, government, automotive, higher education, and utilities.
