FERNDALE — Chuck Hegarty has been named executive vice president of strategic alliances, a newly formed position at CBI, an IT risk management firm in Ferndale.
Hegarty, of Grand Rapids, will focus on the company’s partner programs and accelerating its existing relationships with key partners, as well as expanding CBI’s partner portfolio.
Hegarty has more than 30 years of IT experience in sales management and corporate leadership positions. Most recently, he served as the worldwide channel sales leader for IBM’s Endpoint and Mobility Solutions division. Prior to working with IBM, Hegarty was the Midwest region manager at BigFix, and a founding member at Grand Rapids-based ITS Partners.
