NOVI—The 22nd Annual American Sewing Expo, a yearly event that travels nationally, will be returning to the Suburban Showplace this year from Sept 25-27.
“Show visitors can learn to quilt or sew, test-drive sewing machines and get creative tips at this year’s show.” says Jane Pray, show producer for the American Sewing Expo, “Everyone will be inspired by the many possibilities to learn new crafts, brush up on techniques and find out how the experts do it at this year’s show.”
Events include an interactive sewing area, a youth fashion competition, costume contest fashion show, and special exhibits and displays. Classes and workshops will be running throughout the weekend.
The show runs between 9 am to 6 pm on Friday and Saturday; 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. For more information, visit americansewingexpo.com.
