BLOOMFIELD HILLS — Alidade Capital LLC, a real estate private equity fund manager, has named John Kuriaku as a 
partner of the firm. Additionally, Robert Jones joined the firm as vice president of asset management.
Kuriakuz, left, who serves as director of acquisitions, began his career with Goldman Sachs & Co. He also before practicing law and later working on the investment team at a Michigan based private equity firm.
Kuriakuz, of West Bloomfield, earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from Stanford University.
Previously, Jones worked as director of real estate with a leading Midwestern retailer. His experience also includes working with Ramco-Gershenson and McKinley Inc., handling a large, multi-state portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties.
Jones, of Farmington Hills, earned his Bachelor of Arts in finance from Michigan State University and holds a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University.
