Judson Center Names New Chief Development Officer

ROYAL OAK — Judson Center has announced the appointment of Kelli Dobner as the new vice president of development and chief development officer. Dobner previously worked as the corporate development director for the American Heart Association.

In her new position, Dobner will be responsible for the overall development, planning, implementation and evaluation of agency’s fundraising, community relations/brand marketing, grant seeking, and volunteer services strategy, and plans. Moreover, she will serve on the agency’s executive team and represent the agency in designated key community, board, volunteer, and donor affairs. 

Dobner brings with her a wealth of development and public relations experience. Previous to her position with the American Heart Association, she spent six years as associate director of development at the American Diabetes Association. Her communications expertise was honed while at a Los Angeles publicity firm and the Conti Corp. in Sterling Heights.
