Heber Fuger Wendin Names Investment Adviser

BLOOMFIELD HILLS — Heber Fuger Wendin Inc. has named Eric J. Orlowsky as a new investment adviser representative. 

Orlowsky, who had been director of product management at BondDesk Group LLC, will assist Heber in managing $4.5 billion in assets under management for more than 100 clients across the Midwest and South, which include community banks, credit unions, hospitals, trust accounts, insurance companies, and foundations in addition to individuals.

Before joining Heber, Orlowsky directed product management activities at BondDesk Institutional. Prior to his director position, Orlowsky was an account manager at BondDesk, where he was responsible for business development and account management. Before BondDesk, Orlowsky was associate vice president, fixed income trading and underwriting for Fahenstock & Co. (now Oppenheimer & Co.), where he traded municipal bond securities and managed $1.5 million.

Orlowsky earned an MBA from Michigan State University and a BA in finance from Western Michigan University. He is a member of the Bond Club of Detroit.
