Entrepreneurs' Organization Names New Board Member

SOUTHFIELD — Entrepreneurs’ Organization Detroit announced today that Kristen Tassielli, president of  Plymouth-based Fitness Things Inc. has been named a board member for the chapter.

As a board member, Tassielli is serving a one-year term during which she will work closely with the other board members to drive and maintain the chapter’s strategic direction, ensuring its success and sustainability. Since the chapter’s founding in 1994, EO Detroit has grown to 146 members, generating a combined $1 billion in sales and employing more than 7,000 employees.

Founded in 1984, Fitness Things is Michigan’s premier supplier of health and exercise equipment and service for commercial and residential fitness enthusiasts.

Tassielli earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from Madonna University.
