SAE Announces Future Dates for World Congress



DETROIT— SAE International announced the dates for future SAE World Congresses Tuesday, each to be held at Cobo Center.

The SAE 2013 World Congress will be held April 16-18. The host company for the event will be Chrysler and the Tier One Strategic Supplier will be ZF. Mircea Gradu, vice president Powertrain Transmission & Driveline Engineering, head of Virtual Analysis at Chrysler Group LLC, will serve as Chair for the event.

Future dates for the SAE World Congress include SAE 2014, April 8-10; SAE 2015, April 21-23 and SAE 2016, April 12-14.

SAE International is a global association of more than 133,000 engineers and related technical experts in the automotive, aerospace and commercial-vehicle industries. SAE International's core competencies are life-long learning and standards development. SAE International's charitable arm is the SAE Foundation, which supports many programs, including A World In Motion and the Collegiate Design Series.
