More than 4,000 people attended the 24th Annual Comedy Night with Jay Leno on May 7 at the Fox Theatre in Detroit. Proceeds benefitted Forgotten Harvest, a network of over 280 agencies in Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties, to provide meals for those in need in metro Detroit.

The Michael Fezzey Memorial Golf Tournament — which honors the charitable legacy of Mike Fezzey, who served as president and general manager of WJR for 16 years — was held on May 16 at Indianwood Golf and Country Club in Lake Orion. The event included a cocktail reception, live auction, and dinner.
