New Vice President, Creative Director Named at GroupeSTAHL in Sterling Heights

GroupeSTAHL in Sterling Heights Monday announced the promotion of Debra Romalia to vice president of content marketing and the hiring of L. Scott Vallee Jr. as creative director. The company is in the garment decoration industry.

His extensive branding experience will be invaluable in streamlining the GroupeSTAHL brand and telling our company’s story. I have high expectations for what our team will accomplish together as the business continues to grow and expand into new markets around the world.”

Romalia joined GroupeSTAHL in 2009 and most recently served as director of digital marketing. In her new role, she manages the company’s social media, digital advertising, and SEO teams. She also oversees web and educational content, product pages, and marketing content strategy and distribution.

Vallee has more than 10 years of experience in marketing and creative direction for brands such as Oceanspray, Makerbot, Verizon, PepsiCo, Electrolux, and Degree Men. He was most recently the creative director of visual content for Weber Shandwick in New York. He holds a Master of Fine Arts from the College for Creative Studies in Detroit. In his new role, he will oversee the development and refinement of the GroupeSTAHL brand, online presence, global capacities, and corporate storytelling.
