Ross Mortgage Corp., a regional, residential mortgage lender headquartered in Troy, has opened a new office location in Rochester.

Located at 321 W. University, the office will provide a full range of mortgage products, including conventional fixed-rate mortgages, conventional adjustable-rate mortgages, FHA mortgages, VA mortgages, 203 (k) loans, USDA Rural Development loans and reverse mortgages to home buyers and homeowners in the southeast Michigan community.
With this new addition, Ross Mortgage now operates 15 offices across the state.
