Michael Beyer has been named chief financial officer of Chassix, a global automotive supplier of precision casting and machining solutions, with offices in Southfield.
Beyer will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and oversight to corporate finance, treasury, financial planning and analysis, reporting, tax, and investor relations.
Beyer has more than 25 years of financial and accounting management experience, most recently serving as CFO of Wolverine Advanced Materials. Previously, he served as corporate controller for Affinia Group, and held increasingly responsible finance and accounting roles over nearly 15-year period with Dana Corp.
He earned a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Toledo his MBA from Bowling Green University.
