LIVONIA — McLean & Co. has partnered with the American Society of Employers, one of the nation’s oldest and largest employer associations, to provide human resource services for ASE members to improve business performance.
“Through this partnership, our member organizations now have additional information, resources and tools to help with the HR and talent responsibilities in key areas, such as employee engagement, talent acquisition and performance management,” said Mary Corrado, president and CEO of ASE.
Specifically, the McLean & Co. provides human resource strategy, employee engagement, talent management, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, total compensation, and human resource operations.
“We constantly seek out and implement tools and resources that provide our member organizations additional knowledge and information to help them make the best management and HR decisions,” Corrado said. “We look forward to working with McLean & Company and other partner organizations, as we continue to add value to membership in ASE.”
