SOUTHFIELD — Farbman Group/NAI Farbman, a real estate firm, has promoted Jim Zylka to construction superintendent for Huntington Construction.
In his new role, Zylka, of Howell, will be responsible for managing all phases of assigned commercial construction projects for the company. In his six years with Farbman Group, Zylka has served as construction supervisor for the company’s properties, Garden Court/Woodward Lofts.
