The Pink Fund Makes Organizational Changes

The Pink Fund, a Bloomfield Hills-based nonprofit, has elected Gary W. Kadlec to its board of directors and promoted Lisa Swiftney to program manager of the organization.

Kadlec is president at Diplomat, an independent specialty pharmacy, based in Flint. Prior to joining Diplomat, Kadlec served as COO then CEO/president of Philadelphia-based excelleRx; senior regional vice president of Omnicare Inc., and owner and president of Specialized Pharmacy Services. A third generation pharmacist, Kadlec, of Rochester Hills, began his pharmacist career at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Pontiac.

Swiftney of Auburn Hills, joined The Pink Fund as grants processor, managing the incoming patient applications. Peviously, she was director of member benefits at the Detroit Regional Chamber; was Chair of Evangelical Homes Regional Advisory Board; and board president of the Furniture Bank of Southeast Michigan. She attended The University of Akron.
