Milford-based MIPRO Consulting, a consultancy specializing in implementations, upgrades, and optimizations of Oracle’s PeopleSoft applications, has hired Todd Rayburn as Human Capital Management Practice Manager.
In his role, Rayburn will serve as a strategic adviser on Human Capital Management activities, providing day-to-day oversight and management of project consultants on HCM projects. With more than 15 years of information technology and consulting experience with Oracle’s PeopleSoft and Cloud HCM applications, Rayburn will also work with clients to ensure that projects are on track and meeting all expectations.
Rayburn most recently served as senior consultant of Oracle Cloud HCM applications for Pennsylvania-based Emtec Inc., where he led an implementation of the HCM Cloud compensation model. He worked as a senior consultant for Surrex Consulting prior to that, where he ensured that deliverables were met on schedule and conducted status reporting, issue resolution and project team management.
Additionally, he worked for Arizona Public Service as a business systems consultant, where he served as the recruiting and benefits team lead on a PeopleSoft 9.1 upgrade. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Ill.
