Identity Adds Financial Administrator and Administrative Assistant

BINGHAM FARMS — Elizabeth Bastian, left, and Samantha Diehr, right, have joined Bingham Farms-based Identity, an integrated public relations firm, as a financial administrator and administrative assistant, respectively. Identity Managing Partner Mark Winter made the announcement.

As the financial administrator, Bastian is responsible for planning, organizing and directing all financial matters for Identity, including payroll, billing, record keeping, budget plans and financial statements. As administrative assistant, Diehr assists with special projects, all administrative activity, and coordinates events and company-wide activities.

Prior to joining Identity, Bastian served as an executive assistant at Humanetics Innovative Solutions, providing support to C- and VP-level executives. She also has a combined 12-years of experience as an operations manager for both Harbor Freight Tools and Sears Holdings, Kmart Corp.. In these roles, Bastian helped drive the profit margin performance by generating new revenue streams, building strong customer relationships and training staff.

Diehr previously served as a teller at the Troy-based OUR Credit Union, where she assisted clients with their banking needs, as well as marketed OUR’s products and services to its members. She has also held the roles of personal assistant and secretary for TechniMed, Inc., and Infiniti of Troy, ensuring customer service satisfaction.
