Michigan's Atlas Oil Acquires Ro-Di Oil Company; Enhances Indiana Footprint

Taylor, MI – April 04, 2011 — Atlas Oil Company has successfully completed its acquisition of Ro-Di Oil Company of Veerdersburg, Indiana. Ro-Di Oil Company distributes approximately 10mm gallons of petroleum products annually in the central Indiana marketplace.

Ro-Di Oil Company, Inc. is a privately held company that has been in business for the past 17 years. Ron Hayman, President of Ro-Di Oil, will assist in the transition of the business and customer relationships. His son, RD Hayman, has joined the Atlas Oil team as district manager and will be instrumental in driving planned future growth in the region.
