Robin Damschroder has been appointed executive vice president and CFO of Henry Ford Health System after serving as interim in the role for the past eight months.

“We are so fortunate to have Robin join Henry Ford Health System,” says Wright Lassiter III, president and CEO. “She has a demonstrated track record in operational growth, implementation of large strategic capital projects, and improved health-system performance in large, complex organizations. As important, Robin has proven experience leading change, integration efforts, and innovation in value-based contracting.”

Damschroder has more than 27 years of experience in health care including serving in executive financial and operation leadership roles at the University of Michigan Health System and St. Joseph Mercy Health System. She was associate controller at Henry Ford and an audit engagement leader at Deloitte early in her career. Damschroder also founded Catalytic Focus LLC, a health care consulting and business advisory services firm.

Damschroder earned her master’s degree in health services administration as well as her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. She is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
