Detroit-based Kraemer Design Group PLC has promoted Sarah Rabe to project architect after she successfully completed her architect licensure exam.
“At KDG, we continually seek out ways to create sustained value for our clients,” says Bob Kraemer, co-founder and principal of KDG. “Retaining talented individuals like Sarah who have made an immeasurable impact on our company and community inspires us to think differently and maintain a long-term vision of growth and success. We’re proud of Sarah and her accomplishments and can’t wait to watch her thrive in her new position.”
Rabe has used her expertise to help on numerous projects, including the Elliott Building, the David Whitney Building, and East Main Redevelopment in Milan, Michigan. She has worked with historic preservation and served as the lead on several historic projects that won the Governor’s Award for Historic Preservation.
“Sarah’s passion for historic preservation and ability to solve complex problems have made her an essential member of the KDG team,” says Brian Rebain, principal at Kraemer Design Group. “Sarah is highly regarded for her strong commitment to projects from start to finish, and for assisting clients with the complexities of building rehabilitation and nuances of the historic preservation process. We are thrilled to see her continued career growth at KDG, and look forward to her many future contributions to the revitalization of our great city.”
A graduate of the University of Michigan Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning, Rabe joined KDG immediately after completing her Master of Architecture degree in 2011.
