TowerPinkster Announces Several New Hires

Greg Adamczyk, Amber Anderson, Ella Segur, Craig Newhouse, Arthur Ueck, and Zach Verhulst have joined TowerPinkster, a Kalamazoo-based architecture and engineering design firm that specializes in K-12, higher education, health care, commercial, and government sectors.

Adamczyk, of Kalamazoo, has been hired as a mechanical engineer and will be responsible for consulting with clients, maintenance engineering, and project management. He has over five years of experience, and previously worked as a mechanical engineer at ThermalTech in Richland. He earned his bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Western Michigan University.

Amber Anderson and Ella Segur have been hired as an interior designers and will be responsible for working with clients to understand, develop and execute interior design concepts.

Anderson (right), of Grand Rapids, was previously self-employed as an interior designer. She has more than 10 years of interior design experience and also worked as an interior project designer at Progressive AE in Grand Rapids. She earned her bachelor of fine arts in interior design from Kendall College of Art & Design, and is an accredited LEED professional.

Segur (left), of Kalamazoo, has more than five years of experience in furniture design, signage, art consulting, and branding, and previously worked as lead designer at SKP Design in Kalamazoo. She earned her Bachelor of Science in interior design from Western Michigan University and is working to obtain her LEED certification.

Craig Newhouse (right) has been hired as a landscape architect and will be responsible for assisting clients with site planning, design, and interior gardenscape design. Newhouse, of Grand Rapids, with more than 20 years of experience, previously worked as senior landscape architect at RJM Design Inc. in Grand Rapids. He earned his bachelor of landscape architecture from Michigan State university.

Arthur Ueck and Zach Verhulst have been hired as an architectural technicians and will be responsible for working with the design team and clients to provide architectural design services and solutions on projects.

Ueck (left), of Portage, earned his bachelor of architecture and sustainability from Ferris State university.

Verhulst (right), if Grand Rapids, previously worked as an architectural designer at C2AE in Grand Rapids. He earned his Bachelor of 

Science in architecture and his master of architecture from Lawrence Technological University. Verhulst is NAAB accredited, and a member of West Michigan Minority Contractors Association and the National Society of Leadership and Success.

Matt Behnke, a CPA and chartered global management accountant, will serve as an assurance senior manager, and Daniel Clark, CPA will serve as an assurance principal.

Troy’s Ross Mortgage Adds Vice President, Four Other Employees

Ross Mortgage Corp., a full-service residential mortgage lender headquartered in Troy, announced the appointment of Theresa Sprague as vice president of branch growth and retention. The firm has also added Jason Sprague and his team of loan officers, Jon DeKoninck, Denise Huettner, and Tim Donner.
