Plante Moran Adds Two Associates To Southeast Michigan Offices

Masato Shiroiwa has been named an associate in the Japanese business service in Plante Moran’s Auburn Hills location, an accounting, tax, and consulting firm.

Shiroiwa will be assisting with audits of Japanese-owned companies and developing Plante Moran’s Japanese business service practice. He previously worked at Barid, Kurtz, & Dobson, an accounting and advisory firm. He also serves as an accounting advisor to the Indiana Japan Chamber and the Indiana Japanese Language School.

Shiroiwa, of Bloomfield Hills, earned a bachelor’s degree in music from Knox College and a master’s in accounting from DePaul University.

Anthony Vitale Anthony Vitale, left, has been named an associate in the technology services group at Plante Moran’s Southfield location.

Vitale, with more than 25 years of information technology experience, will assist in developing the company’s enterprise information systems. He previously worked at Vision Information Technologies as a staffing industry business and technology consultant. He is a member of the Project Management Institute and is a certified project management professional.

Vitale, of Birmingham, earned a bachelor in computer science from Oakland University and a Master of Business Administration in project management from Walsh College.
