Farmington Hills-based Level One Bank Adds Executive Vice Presidents

Eva D. Scurlock and Timothy R. Mackay have been promoted to executive vice president of risk management and executive vice president of consumer banking, respectively, at Farmington Hills-based Level One Bank.

Scurlock is a co-founder of Level One Bank and has been with the company for nearly 10 years. She has more than 15 years of experience in banking and will be responsible for leading enterprise risk management, including credit and compliance risk in her new position. She is a co-founder of the nonprofit organization Emma’s Angels, and is an active supporter of Cornerstone Schools. Scurlock, of Detroit, earned bachelor’s degree in finance at Michigan State University.

Mackay, (left), joined Level One Bank in 2013 as senior vice president of retail banking. He has more than 25 years of experience in banking and will be responsible for operations of the consumer banking division, including branch banking, small business banking, residential mortgage, and marketing. He is a graduate of Leadership Detroit and currently serves on the Board of the March of Dimes in Metro Detroit. Mackay, of Novi, earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration at Hope College.
