PACE of Southeast Michigan, a non-profit health care service in Detroit, has named Laurie Arora as their director of public affairs and philanthropy.
Arora will lead media relations, government affairs, and communications for the organization. She will also be developing a philanthropy program.
In her most recent position, Arora was president and CEO of her own consulting firm, Politically Smart LLC. She also served as director of member relations at the Greater Detroit Area Health Council.
Arora received her bachelor’s of science in human ecology from Michigan State University and her master’s of business administration in finance from University of Detroit Mercy.
