Neighborhood Service Organization Adds 3 New Board Members

Neighborhood Service Organization, a nonprofit human services agency, has added three new board members: Rosalind Denning, Lucretia Gaulden, and John Horton.

Denning, of Detroit, is president of READ Consulting Service LLC., where she previously provided educational services as a school improvement facilitator for MI Excel and SIG schools. Denning also worked as a process mentor and data coach for Wayne RESA. She earned her bachelor’s in career and technical education from Western Michigan University and her master’s in education from Wayne State University.

Gaulden, of Detroit, has been a resident of the Neighborhood Service Organization Bell Building. She has worked to reintroduce herself to society by participating in several different activities, like the Speaker’s Bureau and Photo Voice exhibit.

Horton, of Wayne, is an advocate for others at Wayne Health and Rehabilitation in Wayne. As president of the Resident Council, he offers support to the nursing home administration.
