Leases Available for New Riverfront Apartments

The apartment community is the city’s first new residential development in more than 25 years.

Triton Properties, a real estate invest firm, has begun offering leases for Waters Edge apartment community on the city's riverfront, due to open in October.

“The real estate demand in Detroit is growing rapidly with new residents looking to move or relocate within the city all the time," says April Sedillos, executive vice president at Triton. "We’re confident the Waters Edge apartment community will provide a really great, urban luxury option for those in the rental market.” 

The apartment community is the city’s first new residential development in more than 25 years and will offer 134 units.  

Ranging from 850 square feet to 1,660 square feet, many of the units offer an open floor plan with a private balcony, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, glass shower enclosures, walk-in closets, and views of downtown Detroit’s skyline, Belle Isle Park, the Detroit River, and the river skyline of Windsor. 

Additional amenities will include a fitness room, outdoor pool, private marina, community lounge area, direct access to the Detroit RiverWalk, and gated community access.
