Farbman Group/NAI Farbman, a real estate firm based in Southfield, has promoted seven employees within the firm. They are:
Maureen Mahar was named director of treasury and cash management. In her new role, Mahar is responsible for treasury operations, banking and cash management services. Mahar, of Royal Oak, earned her associate’s degree from Northwood University, and her bachelor’s degree in business administration and MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Jason Feld was promoted to director of corporate accounting. In his new role, Feld is responsible for handling all accounting and financial reporting for all corporate entities. Feld, of Southfield, earned his bachelor’s in business administration from Western Michigan University and his Master of Science in accounting from Walsh College.
Chris Chesney was promoted to controller. In his new role, Chesney will manage and oversee the general accounting and financial reporting of the property management accounting department. Chesney, of Wixom earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Adrian College.
Ann Wiggins, of Southfield, was promoted to director of audit and tax. In her new role, Wiggins is responsible for the overall management of auditing and income tax-related functions. Wiggins earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Detroit Institute of Technology.
Jennifer Hoffiz was promoted to lease administrator/financial analyst. In her new role, Hoffiz will administer and track leases in the Farbman portfolio and assist with financial analysis. Hoffiz is enrolled at Oakland Community College and resides in Royal Oak.
Dana Koeske was promoted to junior accountant. In her new role, she is responsible for handling general accounting duties on assigned properties. Koeske earned her bachelor’s in business administration/accounting from the University of Michigan – Flint and resides in Beverly Hills.
Robyn Bergstedt was also promoted to the position of junior accountant. In her new role, she is responsible for handling general accounting duties on assigned properties. She resides in Farmington Hills.
