The Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan in Detroit has named Gladys Santiago as its grants manager.
Santiago will oversee grant processing, tracking, and reporting and evaluation, and communications regarding grant-making impact. Most recently, she served as operations manager at the School of Business at the University of Detroit-Mercy. Prior to that position, she was the director of evaluation and impact data operations for City Year Detroit, a nonprofit educational organization in Detroit.
The Detroit resident holds a master’s in library science from Wayne State University and an undergraduate degree in liberal arts from the University of Tampa.
