ROYAL OAK — iSelect Custom Benefit Store, a multi-carrier private insurance exchange, has added United Healthcare to its carrier network. The expansion makes iSelect a national benefits solution for Michigan employers with 100 or more full-time equivalent employees, as well as employees in multiple states.
United Healthcare is offering a suite of seven PPO options through iSelect and its certified agents. The iSelect/United Healthcare options will be effective for groups enrolling Oct. 1 and beyond. All certified agents with iSelect can quote the United Healthcare solution for their larger group clients, as UnitedHealthcare has agreed to appoint them upon the closing of the sale.
