WEST BLOOMFIELD — Nicole Toth, MS, PharmD, BCPS, has been appointed director of quality for Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital.
Her responsibilities will include oversight for quality, safety, and process improvement.
Toth, of Royal Oak, is board certified in Pharmacotherapy. She received a master of biological sciences from Youngstown State University, a Doctor of Pharmacy from Ohio State University, and completed her residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit.
Her many achievements include president of Leadership Oakland’s Cornerstone Program in 2012, and a nominee for the Oakland County Executive’s “Elite 40 Under 40.” Her professional memberships include the Southeastern Michigan Society of Health-System Pharmacists.
