ROSEVILLE — Macomb Mall, in conjunction with Lormax Stern Development Co., today announced fashion retailer H&M has signed a lease for the mall. With a focus on fashion-forward apparel for the entire family, the Sweden-based retailer is expected to unveil its new 20,000 sq. ft. store in fall 2015.
Additionally, several retailers operating at the landmark, 50-year-old shopping center also have recommitted to the shopping center recently in the form of major renovations and lease extensions. This includes leases signed recently by ULTA, a 10,000 sq. ft. cosmetic superstore, Shoe Carnival, GNC, and Dick’s Sporting Goods.
Champs Sports, an athletic apparel and shoe retailer, is in the process of expanding its store by 1,500 sq. ft. Hot Topic recently completed a renovation and is now open.
“Macomb Mall has a roster of tenants that are dedicated to the growth and success of the shopping center,” said Christopher Brochert, partner at Lormax Stern. “Through the loyalty of our retailers, present and future, and their constant innovation, the mall will serve as a vibrant neighborhood resource and shopping destination.”
Other new retailers to come to Macomb Mall this year include Kay Jewelers and Body Central.
