SOUTHFIELD — Signature Associates, a commercial real estate firm, has named Ryan Bertin as vice president of corporate services.
Bertin joins Signature Associates with nearly 10 years of corporate services experience. Prior to joining Signature, Bertin was a senior vice president at Paine/Wetzel Associates Inc. in Chicago where he worked to provide real estate brokerage and consulting services to corporate clients on a global platform. He also has worked on a diverse number of client requirements in regions all over North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.
Bertin’s expertise ranges from traditional office and industrial brokerage services to strategic consulting services that includes real-estate underwriting, asset optimization, consolidation studies/implementation, project management, lease administration and financial analysis. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
