Plante Moran Names New Michigan Partners

SOUTHFIELD — Plante Moran, a national certified public accounting and business advisory firm, has elected seven new partners based in Michigan.

They include:

Dennis Bagley, based in Southfield, will focuse on information technology and operations consulting for public sector clients across the United States. He holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science from the University of Michigan–Dearborn and an MBA from the University of Michigan – Ross School of Business.

Jason Drake, CPA, is based in Auburn Hills and co-leads the International Concierge Desk at Plante Moran. His practice focuses on assurance and consulting services for global and private equity-owned businesses. Jason also led the formation and manages the operations of Plante Moran’s Mumbai, India location. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in accounting from Michigan State University.

Lonnie Maxwell-Cook, CPA, is based in Flint. Maxwell-Cook focuses on audit, review, compilation, accounting, tax and business advisory services for clients in the construction, manufacturing and service industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration/accounting from Northwood University.

Carole McNees, CPA, is based in Kalamazoo and leads the professional standards team for the firm’s real estate and construction industry group, serving developers, institutional and investment funds, contractors, homebuilders and others. McNees holds a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from Western Michigan University.

Matthew Petrucci is based in Southfield. Petrucci focuses on leading financial due diligence engagements for proposed acquisitions by private equity funds and their portfolio companies, real estate investment trusts and middle-market companies strategically expanding their businesses. He holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Northern Michigan University.

Stacey Reeves, CPA, is based in Southfield and focuses on helping governmental, not-for-profit and family office clients implement long-term financial forecasts, analyze and mitigate risks to their organizations and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. She holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Wayne State University.

Jason Widman, CPA, is based in Ann Arbor. Widman leads the business and consumer services vertical in Plante Moran’s service industry, serving owner-managed and private equity-owned clients in the middle market. His practice focuses on financial statement reporting, tax consulting and preparation and general business consulting. Widman holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Kalamazoo College and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Michigan.
