DYC Hosts Fundraiser for Gold Cup Races

The Detroit Yacht Club and the Detroit River Regatta Association hosted a fundraising dinner on April 27 at the DYC. The event raised more than $80,000 to support the APBA Detroit Gold Cup Races, scheduled for July 13-15 on the Detroit River. Photos by Patrick Gloria

The Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce held its 25th annual golf outing on Aug. 15 at the Cherry Creek Golf Club in Shelby Township, and Greystone Golf Club and Orchards Golf Club in Washington Township. More than 400 golfers participated in this year's event.

L.H. Financial Group Open House

L&H Financial Group held an open house celebration at its new office location in Bingham Farms on Aug. 11. The event was hosted by Keith R. Hullum, founder and president of the group, and featured hors d'oeuvres, beverages, and beer and wine.

Art in the Garden

Art in the Garden, an exhibition of original artwork by painter Yiannis, took place on Aug. 13 in Novi. The event featured a live auction, sparkling wine, and strolling appetizers.
