DYC Hosts Fundraiser for Gold Cup Races

The Detroit Yacht Club and the Detroit River Regatta Association hosted a fundraising dinner on April 27 at the DYC. The event raised more than $80,000 to support the APBA Detroit Gold Cup Races, scheduled for July 13-15 on the Detroit River. Photos by Patrick Gloria

The CFA Society of Detroit, an association of certified financial investors, held its annual golf outing at the Plum Hollow Golf Course​ in Southfield on Aug. 31. Guests enjoyed 18 holes of golf, dinner, and drinks.

Detroit Young Professionals' Fifth Annual Vanguard Awards

The Detroit Young Professionals held its fifth annual Vanguard Awards dinner to honor the efforts of young professionals and entrepreneurs growing and excelling in their respective fields on Oct. 1 at the Max M. Fisher Music Center in Detroit. Guests enjoyed a plated dinner, an open bar, and live entertainment.
