Todd Potter Joins Level One Bank as Vice President, Mortgage Sales

Level One Bank, a leading community bank in Michigan, has announced the hiring of Todd Potter as vice president of Mortgage Sales.

Bringing with him 24 years of mortgage banking and leadership experience, Potter will oversee the mortgage sales division and be responsible for recruiting mortgage lenders, increasing mortgage volume, and enhancing the bank’s mortgage sales and marketing efforts across Michigan.  

Potter served as senior vice president, Correspondent National Sales Manager at Envoy Mortgage before joining Level One. There, he was responsible for designing and implementing the company’s lending platform from inception through live production.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Western Michigan University Haworth College of Business and currently serves as the 2018 vice president of the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association. Potter is a certified mortgage banker.

Level One Bank is a full-service commercial and consumer bank headquartered in Michigan. It has assets of approximately $1.2 billion and operates 12 full-service banking centers in southeast and west Michigan. The bank’s commercial division provides products that include lines of credit, term loans, leases, commercial mortgages, SBA loans, Export-Import Financing, and treasury management and private banking services. The consumer division offers personal savings and checking accounts and consumer loan products that include residential mortgages, home equity, auto, and credit card services. Online banking services and a mobile banking application for individuals and businesses are also offered.

Ross Mortgage Corp., a full-service residential mortgage lender headquartered in Troy, announced the appointment of Theresa Sprague as vice president of branch growth and retention. The firm has also added Jason Sprague and his team of loan officers, Jon DeKoninck, Denise Huettner, and Tim Donner.
