Troy-based Ross Mortgage Corp., a regional, full-service residential mortgage lender, Feb. 6 announced the appointment of Toni Thwaites as a branch manager of the company’s new Birmingham location.
“We are thrilled to expand our lending services to the Birmingham area, and I’m confident our new branch is in great hands with Toni leading the charge,” says Tim Ross, CEO of Ross Mortgage Corp. “Toni’s 15 years of experience in loan origination means Birmingham residents and real estate agents will have access to best-in-class financing support.”
In her new role, Thwaites will oversee office operations, originate loans, and work with local agents to help grow their businesses. Thwaites was previously a loan officer for Ross Mortgage Corp. from 2010-2012. In that capacity, she specialized in guiding homebuyers through the mortgage process.

The Birmingham office is located at 401 S. Old Woodward, Suite 455, and will provide a full range of mortgage products, including conventional fixed-rate and adjustable-rate mortgages, FHA and VA mortgages, as well as 203(k) and USDA Rural Development loans.
