Troy-based Rehmann Financial, a fully integrated financial services firm of certified public accountants and consultants, wealth advisors, and corporate investigators, today announced the promotion of Douglas Barber to principal in the firm’s Jackson office.
A certified financial planner, practitioner, and financial advisor, Barber works with clients in both the Jackson and Ann Arbor areas.
Barber began his career in financial advising in 1992 and has experience in all aspects of personal financial planning, with concentrations on planning for medical and dental professionals, high net worth individuals, and small to mid-size business owners.
Barber has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Eastern Michigan University, is a member of the Washtenaw Estate Planning Council, and the Financial Planning Association of Michigan.
Rehmann has nearly 800 associates in Michigan, Ohio, and Florida. Rehmann is an independent member of Nexia International, offering clients a global approach.
