Pentastar Aviation has partnered with The Townsend Hotel in Birmingham in an effort to bring global travel service to a mutual clientele.

“Our guests comprise senior executives, leaders in the entertainment and sports fields and prominent local philanthropists who attend special events at the hotel and in the area of Detroit,” says Steven Kalczynski, managing director of The Townsend Hotel. “We aim to deliver unprecedented, personalized service and to exceed the unique requirements of our guests in every way, including the availability of a variety of high quality transportation options.”

With a theme of “Where can we take you today?”  the aviation services provider has installed multimedia branding in The Townsend’s lobby and on the hotel’s key card inserts making it easier for guests traveling for business or leisure to take advantage of the diverse range of aviation services provided by Pentastar Aviation.

“We want guests at The Townsend to be aware of the full spectrum of services we provide and make it easy for them to contact us to schedule a flight,” says Tracy Neil, Pentastar Aviation’s director of marketing. “Our video presence in the tea lobby and the use of branded key card inserts allow us to increase brand awareness and reach potential customers at a time when they are able to utilize our services.”

Neil says the partnership with the Townsend Hotel is part of an overall Pentastar Aviation marketing strategy to reach and engage its current and potential customers where they live, work and entertain in a meaningful way.

Pentastar Aviation has been servicing regional and global travelers for more than 50 years and is headquartered at Oakland County International Airport.
