MGM Grand Detroit received the AAA Four Diamond designation for the ninth consecutive year, an award given to hotels committed to providing guests with a personalized experience and attentive service in comfortable, high-quality surroundings, according to AAA.
“MGM Grand Detroit is honored to be recognized as a AAA Four Diamond hotel once again and continues to be committed to exceeding guest expectations and providing a premier travel experience,” says Steve Zanella, president and COO of MGM Grand Detroit.
The hotel is part of a group of just 1,587 hotels that have earned AAA Four Diamond Rating, says Michael Petrone, director of AAA Inspections & Diamond Ratings. More than 25,000 hotels are AAA approved.
