Ray Kathawa, a national sales consultant at M&O Marketing in Southfield, has been named “Marketing Consultant of the Year,” by Annexus, an Arizona-based financial services company specializing in indexed annuity services.
This award recognizes Kathawa as the country’s No. 1 marketing consultant for the third largest distribution channel of fixed index annuities. The award, solely based on sales, was given to Kathawa as he generated more than $120 million in gross sales for the 2015.
For nearly 10 years, Kathawa has been a leading consultant in retirement and guaranteed income products. In 2012 and 2013, Kathawa was also presented the “Bo Johnson Award” an honor given by Annexus to recognize dedication and ambition.
Kathawa, of Commerce Township, earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a specialization in marketing from Wayne State University.
