Roshunda Price has joined the Southfield-based law firm of Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss PC as a partner.
Price will focus on advising clients on a variety of corporate and real estate matters. In addition to her real estate practice, she also has experience in health care law and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Previously, Price served as vice president and assistant general counsel of the Detroit Medical Center and clinical assistant professor and director of the urban communities clinical law program at the University of Michigan Law School.
Price, of Detroit, earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and her juris doctor from the University of Michigan Law School.
